Just a reminder that according to HOA Rules  “Each lot shall be kept in a neat and clean condition and that includes cutting and mowing is required to prevent unsightly conditions.”

According to HOA Restrictive Covenants “Each lot owner shall cut and mow each improved and unimproved lot within five (5) days of notice from the Association that cutting and mowing is required to prevent unsightly conditions. Failure to cut and mow within five (5) days of such notice will entitle the Association to cut/mow within 7 days of notice at the cost of the lot Owner, assessed at two times the actual cost as an additional assessment.”
