Just a reminder, if you have above ground propane gas storage tanks they must be concealed in an enclosure if they are on the side of your home and visible from the road.

Current Restrictive Covenant #9 states “All utilities, including electric, telephone, cable television and oil tanks, must be underground.  Any gas tanks installed above ground must be placed at the rear of the dwelling and concealed in an enclosure.
