The Fieldwood Home Owners Association (HOA) Board usually has a board meeting on the third Tuesday of every month.  In addition to this website you can also talk to the Board directly at any board meeting.  Board meetings usually start at 7:30pm and the first part of the meeting is an open session and is available for any homeowner(s) who want to attend and talk to the board directly with any concerns, problems or issues.

If you would like to speak to the board directly with any concerns or issues please try to let us know in advance by responding to the email address, FieldwoodHOAinfo@gmail.com and we can provide you with the location and confirm the time and date of the meeting.  You can also send us a summary of your issue and any attachments in the email so we can review and be ready to speak to your issue.
