Clean up and removal of fallen and hanging tree branches

To Fieldwood Residents:

As everyone is aware, this past winter we experienced a snowstorm that caused significant tree damage to properties throughout the Fieldwood HOA community. The Board understands that it may take time for homeowners to secure contractors to remove tree debris that may still be present in front of their properties.

With that in mind, homeowners who currently have fallen branches or debris in front of their properties will have until the end of April to have these items removed and their yards cleaned up. Homeowners identified with these issues will receive a letter from the HOA outlining this information.

Under our restrictions, #20, “Each lot shall be kept neat and clean,” it remains the responsibility of each homeowner to maintain their property. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work together to restore the appearance and safety of our community.
